This notice describes how personal data is processed in connection with the tdworks site (work.tothdanieldeveloper.com), under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian law.

1. Who processes your data

The site is operated by Daniel Toth (see the Imprint). Contact: tothdaniel.ev@gmail.com.

2. What data is processed and why

  • Inquiries (name, email, phone, optionally company name, and your project description): to respond to your inquiry, keep in touch, and prepare a possible quote.
  • Account sign-in (email, sign-in timestamp, technical logs): secure, passwordless sign-in via a one-time link, so you can view your own inquiries.
  • Marketing (email): only with separate consent.

No payment is processed and no invoice is issued through this site.

3. Legal basis

  • steps taken at your request before any possible agreement, and the legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f));
  • your consent for marketing (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who else may access the data (processors)

  • MailHub (self-hosted transactional email) — confirmation and sign-in emails.
  • Hosting provider (see the Imprint) — operating the servers.

No data is shared with payment or invoicing providers, as no payment or invoicing takes place here.

5. Retention

  • Inquiry data is kept until the purpose ceases (e.g. the inquiry is closed) or you ask for its deletion.
  • Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; sessions after at most 14 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing, and exercise the right to data portability. Requests can be sent to tothdaniel.ev@gmail.com.

7. Remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, H-1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), or seek a judicial remedy.
